Kualifikasi:
  1. Experience as Secretary min 2 years
  2. Fresh Graduate any major related to scretary studies are welcome
  3. Having knowledge about administration or personal asisstant things
  4. Willing to be placed at Cisarua, Bogor
Jobdesc:
  1. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  2. Typing and preparing reports, presentation, correspondence
  3. Implementing and maintaining procedures or administrative system
  4. Reminding the Executive of important task and deadlines
  5. Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  6. Booking and arranging travel, ransport and accommodation
